Shipping Time and Payment

A minimum order of one (1) dozen is required for discount pricing. Each order is custom made at the time of order. Production lead time is 4-6 weeks from receipt of order and payment. Buyer shall make payment in full for each order, together with shipping costs, prior to Supplier’s production of the order for Buyer. Supplier agrees to notify Buyer of any price increases 60 days in advance.

We take payments through PayPal (e-payment payable to info@eggheadsoques.com).

Again, please note all payment must be cleared before the product will be made and shipped.

International Orders

International orders have the option of global express, which includes tracking, but may be costly for small orders. Please be advised that standard global mail (referred to as “priority,”) can take up to two weeks to arrive to its destination.

Publicity

Buyer agrees to not create, publish, distribute, advertise or print any material that makes reference to the Supplier or use our name or any of our trademarks, for any marketing or promotional materials, whether print, broadcast or electronic, without first submitting such material to Supplier and receiving written permission.

Returns and Product Quality Issues

Supplier agrees to stand behind all merchandise and replace if necessary. Buyer shall return for full credit any defective product that is returned by consumers. Supplier agrees to accept all returns, issuing full refund or credit at Buyer’s option. A package which has been damaged in transit must be refused at the time of delivery. The insurer will be responsible for such damage in transit.
